Paul Fragua (Pueblo of Jemez) specializes in Tribal Community Development including strategic planning, master planning, resource development and technical assistance. Mr. Fragua has over 30 years of combined architectural planning, development and design experience. His professional work and volunteer involvement have provided him with expertise in public relations, communications and resource development. He is well respected for his skills and knowledge by private foundations, state and federal government agencies and by tribal communities and organizations. Mr. Fragua provides technical assistance in advancing Native American social and economic development. Mr. Fragua is a
professional registered architect (inactive) and a tribal member of the Pueblo of Jemez. Mr. Fragua coordinated and developed a Comprehensive Plan for the Yocha Dehe Wintun
Nation. He developed a strategic plan and MasterPlan for the Tribe in addition to coordinating several building projects. Mr. Fragua was responsible for the development of Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) $30 million state-of-the-art campus located on 140 acres just south of Santa Fe, New Mexico. IAIA is a four-year tribal college dedicated to American Indian and Alaska Native arts and culture. His work also included resource development and developing and maintaining relationships with Federal Agencies, State Agencies, Foundations and Tribal Communities.
